The Challenge
Records / data were mainly stored in a huge old database, which was difficult to retrieve despite the fact that having proper systems to view property and client profiles were of importance to the client. Although old, the system was heavily utilized and naturally, had encountered performance issues and experienced periodical downtime. Obsolete technology meant that the system could not be upgraded.
Our Solution
A new system was soon deployed that was much superior in speed, performance, usability, as well as richer in features and functionality, catering to internal requirements such as leads management, customer assignment, a powerful search engine, e-documents, commission computation, etc. The old system was entirely revamped yet at the same time, retains all existing functionality albeit with expanded capabilities.
