An Emergency and Medical Assistance Services Provider

The Challenge
With global presence across more than 50 countries, there was an urgency to extend support to the expanding global operations, and our client needed to migrate its many legacy client-server Risk Management Systems and Claims & Invoicing Management Systems to a web-based application. Fusionex was tasked to perform a complete migration to get this mission critical system (which controlled the cash flow and finances) up and running in a short time frame.
Our Solution
To address the client's challenges, we migrated the legacy web application to a component-based architecture using the latest technologies. By doing so, our client is now able to serve all users globally. With new functionalities, features and a richer User Interface (UI), there was a marked increase in scalability, productivity (more than 20% improvement) and less waiting time, resulting in improved user satisfaction.
